The Achilles 122 is an aggressive tyre that still provides comfort for driving. The tread pattern design allows for comfort, stability and strong precision hadling. The improved contact are of the tyres reduces the risk of hydroplaning. The solid center rib allows straight line stability to improve handling. Water is channeled through the multi-sipe design towards the center rib, reducing chance of hydroplaning and improving the grip of the tyre in the wet. The stiffer tread area allows for straight line tracking and also improved dry braking. The four main grooves maximize the power of maneuvering, making for a stable and comfortable drive. Further, a lip of rubber forms around the rim, protecting it from curb damage.
