The Toyo Proxes T1R is an ultra-high-performance summer tyre meant for sports cars, coupes and sedans in both dry and wet weather conditions. It is perfect for warm weather and not intended for snowy and icy roads. It features Toyo's Generation S silica-infused high-grip compound that reduces uneven and irregular tread wear, effectively making the tyre last longer. The compound also lessens rolling resistance to the tyre, lowering both fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, giving the tyre a greener footprint. The T1R's directional V-shaped tread pattern drains and removes water quickly for impressive wet weather traction as well as improved handling on dry roads. Rigid shoulder sidewalls add stability and guarantee exceptional grip when going around corners. It is also built to be durable with twin high tensile steel belts that help keep its shape to maintain as large an on-road footprint as possible.

To avoid fitting mistakes, asymmetrical tyres are labelled "outside" and "inside only" so you know if they will face your vehicle or out.
