Tyroola × NRMA Member Offer – Terms and Conditions

These terms apply exclusively to NRMA Members who shop via https://www.tyroola.com.au/mynrma/

By purchasing through this page, you agree to these terms in addition to Tyroola’s standard Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The offer is available only to current NRMA Members.
NRMA members can verify their membership at checkout using their NRMA Member Number or when ordering through the NRMA Member Hotline.
Tyroola reserves the right to verify membership before fulfilling any order.

2. Member Benefits

10 % off tyres site-wide for verified NRMA Members.
Free fitting when you buy 4 Michelin or BFGoodrich tyres.
10 % discount also applies to tyre-repair services booked via Tyroola partner fitters.
Quarterly Member-exclusive promotions may be offered with discounts of up to 20 % on selected products or brands.
The always-on 10 % Member discount can be combined with public Tyroola offers, except where the Member-exclusive quarterly promotion already applies.
NRMA member offers cannot be combined with Tyroola referral programs, including the Mates Rates referral program. Mates Rates discounts and referral rewards apply only to purchases made directly on www.tyroola.com.au and are not valid for orders placed via the www.tyroola.com.au/mynrma/ platform.
Free shipping to partner fitters is available for core brands including Michelin, BFGoodrich, Pirelli, and Kumho.
Same-day or next-day delivery to fitters is available in metro areas; regional deliveries take approximately 2–5 business days.
Fitting price caps apply at NRMA-approved fitters:
- up to $43 per tyre (≤16”)
- $63 per tyre (17–20”)
- $110 for wheel alignment.

3. Participating Locations

The program is available Australia-wide through Tyroola’s network of more than 800 approved fitters.
Members may choose home delivery or local fitting during checkout.

4. Term of Offer

The offer is valid from November 10, 2025 to May 10, 2027 under the initial 18-month term of the Partnership.
It may continue from May 11, 2027 to November 10, 2027 if the partnership will be renewed for a further 18 months by mutual agreement between Tyroola and NRMA.
Any updates to these terms will be made jointly by both parties and published on this page.

5. Exclusions

Discounts do not apply to non-tyre services (e.g. mechanical repairs, batteries, or accessories) unless expressly stated.
Fleet or trade purchases outside NRMA’s Member Benefits program are excluded.

6. Safety and Fitting Standards

All fitment and repair work is carried out by NRMA-approved Tyroola partner fitters, following standard workshop safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
All tyres displayed under the NRMA Member Offer include EU Tyre Label information covering wet grip, rolling resistance, and noise levels for informed, safety-based choices.
