1. Add Right Size Guarantee at Checkout
When purchasing tyres, you can choose to add Right Size Guarantee for each tyre you buy. This one-time premium covers the costs related to size exchanges.
2. What’s Covered Under Right Size Guarantee?
Return shipping fees for tyre exchanges
Cancellation fees
Restocking charges
One size exchange per tyre
Protection for promotional tyres (except for clearance items)
3. What’s Not Covered?
Tyres that have been fitted or used
Clearance items or tyres with no-return policies
Fitting or removal costs
Tyres without original labels
Exchanges for reasons unrelated to size (e.g., brand preferences, rims, or wheels)
4. Replacement Size Availability
We cannot guarantee the availability of your requested replacement size. If it’s unavailable, Tyroola will work with you to find an alternative or offer a refund (excluding the Right Size Guarantee fee).
5. Make a Size Exchange
If the tyres you ordered don’t fit, you can contact our customer service team within 7-10 days of receiving your tyres.
Make sure the tyres are unused and still have their original labels intact. We’ll take care of the return shipping and arrange the replacement size for you.
What happens if my replacement size isn’t available?
If the replacement size you need isn’t available, Tyroola will offer you a refund for the original tyre purchase (minus the Right Size Guarantee fee). Please note that the Right Size Guarantee fee is non-refundable.
What does “one size exchange per tyre” mean?
You are covered for one size exchange per tyre. If you need to exchange your tyres for a different size, you’ll need to initiate the exchange within 7-10 days of receiving your order. If the replacement size is more expensive than the original, you’ll need to pay the price difference.
Are there any additional costs I should know about?
If your replacement tyre is more expensive than the original, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. Right Size Guarantee covers only the fees related to the size exchange (shipping, restocking, and cancellation costs). Fitting and removal costs are not included.
Can I return fitted tyres under Right Size Guarantee?
No, Right Size Guarantee applies only to tyres that are unused and have not been fitted, in their original condition with labels intact.
