Yes. You can pay off your full balance anytime through the Afterpay app with no penalty. This can be useful if you get a bonus or unexpected funds.
- What if the tyres are damaged or faulty?
Contact us at support@tyroola.com.au or call (02) 8294 7125. Your Afterpay payments will be adjusted based on the outcome (usually cancelled or transferred to replacement tyres).
- Can I change my fitting appointment?
Yes. Your fitting partner will have a contact number for you in your order details. Call them directly to reschedule. Your Afterpay payments stay on their original schedule.
- What if I need to cancel my order?
Contact us before your tyres are dispatched if possible, to avoid return fees. If we can cancel before shipping, Afterpay will refund your first payment, minus a small cancellation fee and cancel your remaining instalments. If tyres have already shipped, return fees will apply.
- What's the maximum I can spend with Afterpay at Tyroola?
Afterpay's limit is $3,000 per purchase.
- Can I use Afterpay with other Tyroola promotions?
Yes. Afterpay works alongside free shipping offers, brand promotions, and our price match guarantee. The full discounted price is split across your four payments.
