Tyroola Tyre Price Match Guarantee

Tyroola strives to offer customers the best possible price on tyres. If you find a competitor with a cheaper price on an identical item, Tyroola will beat that price by 3%, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • 1.1. Proof of the competitor’s tyre price must be provided in the form of a written quote, printed advertisement, online listing, or other verifiable documentation. The competitor must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
  • 1.2. Price match requests must be submitted before placing an order on Tyroola.
  • 1.3. The tyre must be in stock and available for delivery at the time of the price match request from both Tyroola and the competitor.
  • 1.4. Price comparisons apply to the tyre product only and exclude any additional fees (e.g., shipping or fitting).
  • 1.5. Price match approvals are final and cannot be combined with any other offer, including voucher codes, promotional discounts, or referral credits. Any order placed in breach of this condition may be cancelled or adjusted at Tyroola’s discretion.
  • 1.6. The tyre must be identical to the one offered by Tyroola, including brand, model, condition, and an age of no more than 4 years.
  • 1.7. Limit of one price match per customer.
  • 1.8. Offer valid for retail customers only. Wholesale, trade buyers, importers, and deal/coupon sites are excluded
  • 1.9. Price match does not apply to competitor liquidation or aged stock sales.
  • 1.10. The competitor’s price must not be part of a special offer, promotion, loyalty reward, coupon, cashback, or similar deal.
  • 1.11. The competitor must stock the tyre locally—quotes from businesses in a different state to the customer may not qualify.
  • 1.12. Price match requests must be made prior to purchase and are not retroactive.
  • 1.13. Tyroola will only match prices from verified or well-known retailers, including:

    • Major retail chains with established online stores.
    • Official brand websites or authorised dealers.
    • Trusted e-commerce platforms known for reliability and service.

2. Exclusions

Tyroola will not match a competitor’s price if:

  • 2.1. The product is already part of a Tyroola order.
  • 2.2. The competitor’s price includes discounts from promotions, loyalty rewards, coupons, cashback, or similar.
  • 2.3. The competitor listing is from a classified site such as Gumtree or eBay.
  • 2.4. The price is the result of a technical error on the competitor’s side.
  • 2.5. The product is not a tyre.
  • 2.6.  The quote is not from a Qualified Retailer (see section 1.12).
  • 2.7. The price is no longer available or valid at the time of the request.
