Tyroola's Right Size Guarantee

Premium Payment
The customer is responsible for a one-time premium payment for Right Size Guarantee for each tyre purchased.

Coverage Scope
Right Size Guarantee provides protection against costs associated with size exchanges, including:

  • Cancellation fees.
  • Restocking fees.
  • Return shipping fees.


Coverage Exclusions
Right Size Guarantee does not cover:

  • Tyres that have been fitted or used.
  • Tyres purchased on clearance or as part of final sale promotions with no-return policies.
  • Costs associated with fitting or removal of tyres.
  • Tyres without original labels.
  • Exchanges for reasons unrelated to tyre size (e.g., brand or model preferences).
  • Anything related to wheels or rims. Tyres are sold without wheels or rims, which are available as separate products. Images displaying wheels or rims are for illustrative purposes only.

Replacement Sizes
Right Size Guarantee does not guarantee the availability of replacement tyre sizes. If the required replacement size is unavailable, Tyroola will work with the customer to find a suitable alternative or provide options for a refund, subject to applicable terms.

Eligibility
Right Size Guarantee is valid only for tyres purchased from Tyroola.com.au and:

  • Returned in their original condition, including intact labels.
  • Exchanged for an alternative tyre size available on Tyroola.com.au.
    • Note: If the required replacement tyre size is unavailable, Tyroola will offer a refund for the original tyre purchase, excluding the Right Size Guarantee fee.
  • Promotional tyres are covered, except for clearance or final sale items with explicit no-return policies.

Claims Process
To initiate a size exchange under Right Size Guarantee:

  1. Contact Tyroola's customer service team within 7-10 days  of receiving your order.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the correct tyre size required.
  3. Once a claim is approved, payment processing may take up to 10 business days.

Tyroola will arrange the return shipping for the incorrect tyres and dispatch the replacement tyres once the exchange process is complete.


Limitations

  • Right Size Guarantee covers one size exchange per tyre.
  • Additional charges may apply if the replacement tyre size is of higher value than the original purchase.
  • If the replacement tyre size is unavailable, a refund for the original tyre purchase will be provided, excluding the Right Size Guarantee fee.
  • The Right Size Guarantee fee is non-refundable once the order is placed.

Refund Policy
If Right Size Guarantee is removed at checkout or before the order is processed, you will not be charged for the service. However, once the order is processed, the Right Size Guarantee fee is non-refundable unless the product is deemed defective or unavailable.


Responsibilities of the Customer
To qualify for coverage under Right Size Guarantee, you agree to:

  • Ensure that tyres are unused and in their original packaging with labels intact.
  • Provide all required information, including proof of purchase and details of the requested size exchange.
  • Return the tyres following the instructions provided by Tyroola.

Additional Costs
Right Size Guaranteet covers only size exchange-related fees. Any additional costs, such as price differences for higher-value replacements, will be the customer’s responsibility. Fitting and removal costs are not included in this coverage.


General Terms
Tyroola reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via the Tyroola website and will apply to future purchases of Right Size Guarantee.


Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Tyroola's Right Size Guarantee Plan is an optional product in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
