The original Bridgestones on my D-Max were getting quite slippery in the wet despite having a decent amount of tread left. These new tyres are far better in every aspect except fuel consumption around town - more mass and tyre footprint to get moving but overall it's worthwhile for the improvements in the driving feel, particularly in the wet, and slight reduction in noise. Fuel consumption seems to be about the same on the highway. Speedo is now dead accurate according to the GPS.
