It has the classic four circumferential groove design employed by many tyre companies which is an effective way of draining water from the tyre's surface to prevent hydroplaning. It also features ribbed blocks that ensure more responsive steering as well as consistent driving stability. It is a quiet and comfortable ride, with Austone's engineers using a variable pitch groove design to keep tyre noise limited. Austone Tyre originated as an Australian company in 1999. They entered a joint venture in 2006 with China's Chengshan Group and the Cooper Tyre & Rubber Company from America and has since produced well-built yet affordable tyres available globally.

Asymmetrical tread patterns combine different tread types to deliver maximum wet and dry road grip via its inner and middle tread, while outside, larger and rigid tread blocks dominate the design to improve cornering.
To avoid fitting mistakes, asymmetrical tyres are labelled "outside" and "inside only" so you know if they will face your vehicle or out.
