The Jinyu Crosspro YS 79 is an all-terrain summer tyre meant for utes, vans, and SUVs that offers excellent traction on even the rockiest and muddiest of terrains while handling on-road and urban driving competently. It features a unique tread compound that not only improves traction but also strengthens the tyre's ability to resist tread wear. A combination of blocks and v-shaped grooves characterise the YS79's tread pattern design which promotes the rigid nature of its tread, lessens road noise, as well as prevents uneven tread wear for longer tyre life. High-speed stability is ensured via two main lateral grooves that combine with fine, dense sipes to quickly disperse all water, preventing skids and hydroplaning. The widened shoulder grooves include a zig-zag pattern, again to drain all water away - and to also protect the sides from any damage in off-road conditions.
