These tyres are chunky as it gets for a tyre that can be still driven on the road, and that’s for good reason. These tyres are genuine and not just for appearance, although it does look great. They manage to go through the toughest of mud and the slushiest of ice without any dramas. Incredible stuff!! I don’t know how BF Goodrich has managed to do this. Granted they’re not as good on the road, but off the roads they are absolutely ace. They’re a bit loud on the highways with a constant whirring sound but these aren’t made for highways after all. It’ll still do all your road duties, but they’re really at home when the path is unknown. I’ve managed almost 72,000km out of this set so far and will be changing them over soon as a precaution rather than out of necessity. If you like going for adventures, there’s only one tyre I’d recommend – these BF Goodrichs.

These Goodrich tyres are the best! I had to change my old tyres after the mechanic told me that the profile was to low. He gave me a quite high quote so I checked out some alternatives. I don't really mind what brand they are, but I have a familiy so good quality and price are important to me. We live up in Cairns and so far these tyres have been really good in breaking and stearing in wet weather conditions.

255/85 R16 is a rare size but I think it should be more popular. Fantastic for outback touring.
